Information you share

When you inquire, request a discount or book, we use the contact details you provide (including email or WhatsApp), your name, travel dates, group size, preferences and message to respond and arrange your experience. Discount requests are used to contact you about your trip and offer; they do not subscribe you to a newsletter. Share only the information needed for your trip. Please do not submit passport details or card numbers in a form.

Bookings and payments

Inquiry and booking services are hosted through Netlify. Public website content is managed separately in Sanity. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; this website does not store full card details. Necessary trip details may be shared with the transport vendor arranging your journey.

Your choices

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained to resolve bookings, payment disputes or applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no advertising tracking enabled on this website.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits, traffic sources and actions such as WhatsApp clicks, successful inquiries and visits to the PayPal payment page. We do not send your name, email, phone number, form messages or booking reference as analytics event data. Google receives technical data such as browser information and an IP address when the service loads, and may process data outside Vietnam. Advertising features are disabled.

Analytics does not load until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics choices in the footer. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days; analytics cookies are set to expire after up to 180 days. Declining does not affect inquiries, discounts or payments.

Google privacy information

Essential services

The website uses temporary browser session storage to display inquiry and payment status. Browser storage also remembers discount-popup timing and whether you have claimed the offer, so it can respect dismissals and stop appearing after a successful request. Your popup contact details are sent to Netlify Forms and are not saved in browser storage. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Travel-guide maps load from Google Maps only when you choose Show Google map; Google then receives technical information such as your IP address and may use its own cookies. Directions links open Google Maps. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
