Before you pay

For groups of 1–6, the online payment is a US$50 deposit for the whole booking. Carmen will discuss your request and share the final itinerary and total price before you decide to proceed. Your deposit counts towards the agreed final total. Paying a deposit does not confirm your tour or requested date.

Your US$50 trip discount

Claiming the website offer gives you US$50 off the final agreed trip price, once per booking, with no minimum spend and no expiry date. Share your discount code with Carmen when agreeing your itinerary and price. The US$50 booking deposit stays unchanged and counts towards the discounted final total. A discount code does not confirm availability or a booking.

Confirming your booking

Submitting an inquiry or opening a payment page does not confirm a tour. A booking is confirmed only after Carmen checks the agreed deposit, confirms availability and you agree the final itinerary and price. Bring the remaining cash balance in the currency shown in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Your full US$50 deposit will be refunded if Carmen cannot accommodate your requested date or you decline the final quote. Contact Carmen to arrange the refund. Any terms for changing or cancelling an agreed final itinerary will be discussed before you confirm that itinerary.

Help us plan well

Before confirming, tell Carmen about dietary requirements, mobility needs, children in the group and your preferred language. Transport and venue suitability are discussed as part of your itinerary.
